At LehZaaa, we strive to make your shopping experience smooth and satisfying. If something doesn’t work out, here’s how we handle returns and refunds.
✅ Eligibility for Return
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- The item is damaged, defective, or wrong at the time of delivery
- You notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product
- The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags
❌ Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Size issues (Please refer to our size chart carefully before ordering)
- Custom-made or altered products
- Items on sale or purchased during clearance events
- Color differences due to lighting/screen variations
📦 Return Process
- Email us at support@lehzaaa.in or WhatsApp us with:
- Order ID
- Clear pictures of the issue
- Reason for return
- Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup (wherever serviceable)
- After the product reaches us and passes quality check, we’ll process the refund.
💸 Refund Policy
- Refunds will be made to the original payment method
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive the returned item
- In case of COD orders, we offer refund via bank transfer or store credit
🔁 Exchange Option
Currently, we do not offer exchanges. You can return the product (if eligible) and place a new order.
