Returns & Refund Policy

At LehZaaa, we strive to make your shopping experience smooth and satisfying. If something doesn’t work out, here’s how we handle returns and refunds.


Eligibility for Return

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or wrong at the time of delivery
  • You notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product
  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Size issues (Please refer to our size chart carefully before ordering)
  • Custom-made or altered products
  • Items on sale or purchased during clearance events
  • Color differences due to lighting/screen variations

📦 Return Process

  1. Email us at support@lehzaaa.in or WhatsApp us with:
    • Order ID
    • Clear pictures of the issue
    • Reason for return
  2. Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup (wherever serviceable)
  3. After the product reaches us and passes quality check, we’ll process the refund.

💸 Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method
  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive the returned item
  • In case of COD orders, we offer refund via bank transfer or store credit

🔁 Exchange Option

Currently, we do not offer exchanges. You can return the product (if eligible) and place a new order.
